This policy applies to the software application, “Mezmer” and was created to inform users about what information is collected if any, why and what is done with it.

• Mezmer does not collect or store any information about its users.

Information Shared:

• We do not share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals unless there is a legal reason to do so. Mezmer is not gathering or storing any user data.

Information Security

• Mezmer does not require users to create an account.

  Internet Access:

• The application requires an internet connection – specifically and only for the purpose of delivering Live Internet Radio Station access.

• The application may be run without connecting to the internet, however the Live Internet Radio feature will then not work.

• Mezmer does not gather or transmit user information whether connected to the internet or not.

 File/Data Access:

• The application requests access to the user’s media files – specifically and only to be able to play back the user’s own audio content in the application's experience if the user so chooses.

• Data access is only for file playback and text display purposes within the Mezmer application.

• We review our compliance with our Privacy Policy and will work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.
